Role Overview & Scope

The Senior Buyer will take a strategic lead within the purchasing division, steering sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and cost-optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will build strong supplier partnerships to ensure sustainable supply chains that drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives across target categories.
• Supplier Negotiation: Conduct high-level negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, quality, and pricing structures.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and streamline sourcing budgets.
• Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with key domestic and international suppliers.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Background: Proven professional experience in strategic procurement, buyer operations, or supply chain management (preferably within manufacturing or industrial setups).
• Skills: Expert negotiation skills, strategic thinking, market research capabilities, and strong vendor relationship management.
