About the Institution

Role Overview & Scope
The HSE Officer enforces site environmental health and safety standards, ensures Permit to Work compliance, and promotes an incident-free working environment during maintenance routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Permit to Work & Compliance: Audit and manage site Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and safety compliance.
- Inspections & Inductions: Conduct regular field HSE inspections, site inductions, and toolbox safety meetings.
- Reporting: Lead safety incident investigations and compile comprehensive HSE reports.
Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics
- Qualifications: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent recognized occupational health and safety qualification.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction.
