Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Kampala. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients throughout the loan application process, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role requires a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of Channel Sales to establish and manage partnerships with distributors and agents.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a performance-driven environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the financial services or loan industry is an added advantage.
