Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a Production & Quality Supervisor for a client in the food processing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, daily operations, and quality control of the dairy production unit, ensuring efficient processing of milk and dairy products such as yogurt.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup of the dairy production unit, including equipment installation and production workflow planning.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for processing, pasteurization, fermentation, packaging, and storage.
  • Plan and supervise daily production of milk, yogurt, and other dairy products.
  • Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Oversee milk reception, testing, storage, and pasteurization to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor fermentation, packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory, cold chain storage, raw materials, packaging supplies, and product shelf life.
  • Supervise, train, and manage production staff while maintaining accurate production and quality records.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science or a related field.
  • Prior experience in dairy or food processing is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pasteurization, fermentation processes, and food safety standards.
  • Good understanding of dairy processing equipment and production systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control practices.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night schedules.
