Abacus Parenteral Drugs Limited is looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team across multiple departments.

Responsibilities or duties

Technical and maintenance role.

• To efficiently operate BFS machines to meet company targets.
• To conduct routine maintenance works on BFS machines as well as minimize the rate of breakdown.
• To ensure smooth functioning of the BFS machine all the time.
• To report all sorts of BFS machine breakdowns to the team leader, section head, and engineering department.
• To ensure that all safety standards are met and comply with current GMP guidelines.
• To ensure that BFS machines are highly efficient through minimizing defects.
• To ensure that periodic machine parts changes are done as per the requirement of the department.
• Set up and adjust machines.
• To work with the engineering department in installing and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and parts.

Documentation and reporting role.

• Maintain daily production and engineering records in the logbooks.
• Review manuals to ascertain the cycle for calibration and maintenance of these machines.
• Report any form of defect or malfunction detected on the machine.

Any other Duties

• Ensure that any other duty assigned by HOD is executed to management expectations.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or
• 2 years of experience working in a relevant / similar company.
• Ability to work with senior people.
• Excellent report writing skills.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic safety training
• Basic GMP training
• Leadership training
• Entry & exit into production area training
• Hygiene training
