Background

Abacus Parenteral Drugs Limited is looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Technical and maintenance role.

  • To efficiently operate BFS machines to meet company targets.
  • To conduct routine maintenance works on BFS machines as well as minimize the rate of breakdown.
  • To ensure smooth functioning of BFS machine all the time.
  • To report all sorts of BFS machine breakdown to the team leader, section head and engineering department.
  • To ensure that all safety standards are met and comply with current GMP guidelines.
  • To ensure that BFS machine are highly efficient through minimizing defects.
  • To ensure that periodic machine parts change is done as per requirement of the department.
  • Set up and adjust machines.
  • To work with the engineering department in installing and commissioning of new machines, equipment and parts.

Documentation and reporting role.

  • Maintain daily production and engineering records in the logbooks.
  • Review manuals to ascertain the cycle for calibration and maintenance of these machines.
  • Report any form of defect or malfunction detected on the machine.

Any other Duties

  • Ensure that any other duty assigned by HOD is executed to Management expectations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or E
  • 2 years experience working in relevant / similar company.
  • Ability to work with senior people.
  • Excellent report writing skills.

Training Requirements

  • Basic safety training
  • Basic GMP training
  • Leadership training
  • Entry & exit into production area training
  • Hygiene training
