Role Overview & Scope

The Procurement & Logistics Officer handles end-to-end purchasing, vendor relations, mobilization logistics, and customs clearance for maintenance machinery and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate supply terms, and handle purchasing processes.
• Logistics & Customs: Coordinate equipment mobilization logistics and liaise with customs brokers for timely clearance of import/export shipments.

Minimum Requirements & Key Metrics

• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or CIPS certification.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Safety performance, schedule compliance, quality of work, reporting accuracy, and client satisfaction
