Role Overview & Scope

The Fulfillment Buyer will ensure the timely procurement, dispatch, and delivery of operational goods and raw materials. Working closely with internal plant stakeholders, this role aligns supply timelines with daily production targets and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely Procurement: Execute goods procurement to guarantee on-time material arrivals and prevent manufacturing downtime.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate directly with plant managers, warehouse teams, and production supervisors to understand inventory needs.
• Delivery Expediting: Track order progress, resolve transport or shipping bottlenecks, and confirm delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Inventory Alignment: Monitor inventory turnover levels to optimize reorder points and minimize stockouts or excess holding.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Background: Direct experience in logistics, fulfillment purchasing, store planning, or manufacturing supply chain execution.
• Skills: Strong planning capability, cross-functional collaboration, inventory management software knowledge, and task prioritization skills.
