JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

Drive parts sales by identifying customer needs, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate provision of genuine parts and accessories to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sell spare parts and accessories to customers and workshops while meeting sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using existing customer profiles.
  • Advise customers on suitable spare parts based on technical knowledge of trucks and buses.
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and parts availability.
  • Collaborate with the service team to align parts sales with workshop requirements.
  • Maintain professional conduct consistent with company standards and brand values.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of parts sales experience.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in sales target achievement.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the heavy trucks and buses sector is preferred.
