Job Purpose
The Primary Teacher will deliver an engaging and comprehensive curriculum to primary school students, encouraging intellectual curiosity, academic growth, and character development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, student-centered lessons across primary level subjects (National and/or International curricula).
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom climate that motivates students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
- Conduct regular assessments, grade student work fairly, and provide actionable feedback to support student progress.
- Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Actively engage in continuous professional development and collaborative planning with subject coordinators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education, or a relevant subject area with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Proven experience teaching in a reputable national or international primary school.
- Solid mastery of primary school curricula, modern teaching methodologies, and classroom management techniques.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong digital literacy and experience integrating educational technology in classroom settings.
