Job Summary:
The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals according to the company's standards, ensuring hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently high.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and minimizing wastage.
- Supervise kitchen assistants (if any).
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
Requirements:
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or a related field are an added advantage.
- Previous experience as a chef or cook is an added advantage.
