Job Summary:

The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals according to the company's standards, ensuring hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently high.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and minimizing wastage.
• Supervise kitchen assistants (if any).
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.

Requirements:

• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or a related field are an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a chef or cook is an added advantage.
