About the job

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Developing comprehensive brand strategies, defining market positioning, and ensuring absolute brand and visual consistency across all outlets.
  • Campaign & Marketing Management: Designing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, local events, and traditional advertising. Planning seasonal and regional promotions.
  • Daily Operations & Performance Monitoring: Reviewing daily sales data, tracking social media performance, adjusting lagging digital ad campaigns, and scanning competitor activities.
  • Weekly & Monthly Data Analysis: Analyzing weekly/monthly sales figures, transaction data, customer satisfaction scores, and marketing ROI. Preparing insights and monthly brand strategy updates for the Managing Director.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with product development to innovate menu offerings, working with operations/finance, and engaging branch managers for unit-level execution.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Preparing and managing marketing budgets. Coordinating with marketing agencies, vendors, and service providers to ensure measurable results.
  • Customer Experience & Training: Monitoring customer feedback systems to refine service delivery. Developing training programs for unit managers and staff regarding brand values and service standards.
  • Crisis Management: Managing PR crises or customer service issues to protect the brand’s reputation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Duration: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Industry Preference: Experience preferably within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Track Record: Proven history of successful brand management and executing marketing campaigns.
