JOB DESCRIPTION: COMPLIANCE & INSPECTION EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Compliance & Inspection Executive

Department: Compliance & Inspection

Job Level: Executive

Reporting To: Manager – Compliance & Inspection


  1. Job Purpose

To support the planning, coordination, and execution of compliance and inspection activities across business units by ensuring accurate documentation, effective field support, timely reporting, and follow-up on identified issues in line with established compliance standards and procedures.

  2. Inspection Support & Coordination
  • Support the planning and scheduling of inspection activities across assigned business units.
  • Assist in the execution of inspections in line with approved methodologies and procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for fieldwork, including data collection, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track inspection timelines and support timely completion of assigned activities.
  1. Risk Identification & Issue Tracking
  • Assist in identifying operational and compliance gaps during inspections.
  • Document findings and support escalation of issues to the Manager – Compliance & Inspection.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions under guidance.
  • Maintain updated logs of identified issues and resolution status.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare draft inspection reports for review by the Manager.
  • Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of inspection records and supporting documentation.
  • Compile data and insights on recurring issues and compliance trends.
  1. Stakeholder Support & Engagement
  • Provide basic guidance on compliance requirements as directed by the Manager.
  • Support awareness and sensitisation activities on compliance processes.
  • Assist in communication between compliance function and business units.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma in the relevant field is an added advantage
  • 2 -3 years’ experience in project management or risk management or customer experience
  • Experience in operational environments with exposure to multiple clients
  • Basic understanding of compliance frameworks
  • Strong documentation, investigation and reporting skills
