Reference Is made to the bid document published In the New Vision newspaper on 18 May 2026.

Kindly note that the deadline of submission of bids has been extended from 18h June 2026 at

11:00 am to 3 July 2026 at 11:00am.The bid opening shall be done on the same day,3 July 2026

at 11:30 am.

This therefore serves as an addendum to the earlier issued bid document.

The rest of the terms, conditions and requirements as provided in the solicitation document,

pre-bid minutes and clarifications issued remain the same and are binding on all bidders.
