Farm-Based Pickup Driver (Based at Farm Site)

Core Function:

To handle localized transport, staff movement, and light supply delivery within and around the farm infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate pickup trucks on challenging rural terrains, unpaved farm roads, and under varied weather conditions.
• Transport farm inputs, tools, harvested samples, and personnel across different sectors of the farm.
• Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections (oil, coolant, tires) and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and mechanically sound despite dusty farm conditions.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (relevant class for light commercial vehicles/pickups).
• Proven experience navigating rural/rough terrain.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills to handle minor issues away from the main workshop.
