5.Electrical Foremen 

Role

a) Lead and supervise teams of electricians and apprentices to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
b) Enforce all safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) and ensure electrical installations meet code standards.
c) Requisition materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily operations.
d) Diagnose complex electrical issues, inspect completed work for quality, and implement design changes.

Qualification

a) Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
b) Certificate in Operating Regulations for High Voltage Systems (ORHVS) or its equivalent
c) 2 years of experience in power line construction and refurbishment projects
