Their team focuses on speed-to-lead, structured follow-ups, and delivering a strong first-touch experience to ensure consistent pipeline growth and revenue impact.
They’re looking for an Appointment Setter who can manage high-volume inbound leads, engage prospects quickly, and convert opportunities into booked sales conversations through structured outreach and consistent follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Engage inbound leads through calls, SMS, and follow-ups to drive meeting bookings
- Execute rapid follow-up strategies to maximize speed-to-lead and conversion rates
- Qualify prospects through structured conversations and handle initial objections
- Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff of opportunities
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate tracking within CRM systems
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or high-volume sales roles
- Experience working with inbound leads and managing large pipelines
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Close CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging business owners
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
