About the job

What you are going to do:

  • Own and scale web user acquisition across Meta, Google, and other channels in US markets
  • Define and execute performance strategy to hit ROMI targets
  • Build and implement playbooks, testing frameworks, and clear scale/kill decision criteria
  • Automate and systematize UA operations, introducing SOPs and reducing manual processes
  • Own the UA backlog and make data-driven decisions on what to test, scale, or stop
  • Improve UA ↔ Creative collaboration through structured briefs, SLAs, and prioritization
  • Use attribution data, analytics, and research insights to optimize budget allocation and performance
  • Partner with marketing teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Lead and develop a team people across channels and regions

What we expect from you

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing in US markets, including 2–3+ years managing a team
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale ($5M+ annual spend managed directly or via a team)
  • Proven track record of building systems (playbooks, automation, testing frameworks)
  • Strong analytical skills: confident with CAC/LTV models, ROI targets, cohort analysis, and incrementality
  • Experience managing multi-market / multi-geo paid acquisition setups
