About the job
What you are going to do:
- Own and scale web user acquisition across Meta, Google, and other channels in US markets
- Define and execute performance strategy to hit ROMI targets
- Build and implement playbooks, testing frameworks, and clear scale/kill decision criteria
- Automate and systematize UA operations, introducing SOPs and reducing manual processes
- Own the UA backlog and make data-driven decisions on what to test, scale, or stop
- Improve UA ↔ Creative collaboration through structured briefs, SLAs, and prioritization
- Use attribution data, analytics, and research insights to optimize budget allocation and performance
- Partner with marketing teams to align on strategy and execution
- Lead and develop a team people across channels and regions
What we expect from you
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing in US markets, including 2–3+ years managing a team
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale ($5M+ annual spend managed directly or via a team)
- Proven track record of building systems (playbooks, automation, testing frameworks)
- Strong analytical skills: confident with CAC/LTV models, ROI targets, cohort analysis, and incrementality
- Experience managing multi-market / multi-geo paid acquisition setups
