Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a Sites Sales Executive for a client in the manufacturing sector. The role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products to customers in the construction industry and other target markets.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide customers with product information, technical guidance, quotations, and effective sales support to close deals.
  • Conduct market research and report on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Receive customer orders and coordinate invoicing, dispatch, and delivery with relevant internal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer retention and repeat business.
  • Manage customer accounts in accordance with company credit policies and approved credit limits.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and obtain cheque or EFT confirmations in compliance with company procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and customer feedback to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and travel as required to support sales and business development activities.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales, planning, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to apply product knowledge to provide effective customer solutions and technical advice.
  • Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in paint sales, construction materials, or a related manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
