Gambe Supply and Logistics is a wholesale and retail company dealing in distribution and supply of dairy products in Uganda.

Job Summary:   Gambe Supply and Logistics is seeking two trustworthy, organized, and customer-focused Sales Clerks/Cashiers to handle daily sales transactions, customer service, and record keeping. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing payments, entering sales into the computer system, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and attend to customers professionally.
• Enter sales transactions accurately into the computer/POS system.
• Process cash, mobile money, and bank payments.
• Issue receipts and invoices to customers.
• Balance cash at the end of each shift/day.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and reports.
• Assist in stock monitoring and reporting low stock levels.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales area.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support other office and store operations when required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum qualification of UACE certificate, diploma is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use POS systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in sales or cashier work is an added advantage.
