PROCUREMENT ADVERT FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FY 2026/2027

Ibanda Municipal council wishes to invite competent Firms, Groups, Saccos, Associations and Individuals for bidding under prequalification for Construction works, Frame work contracts, & Revenue sources, for FY 2026/2027.

PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR: (Construction works, Framework Contracts, & Markets)

1. WORKS:

   1. General Building & Construction Works

2. SERVICES:

   1. Provision of consultancy services in engineering, with civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and water designs

   2. Provision of consultancy services in property valuation

3. FRAME WORK CONTRACTS- FY 2026/2027

   1. Provision of Motor Vehicle/cycles service/maintenance, Repair, tyres, tubes & Batteries

   2. Provision of outside catering & Hall hire services (Reserved for SIGs)

   3. Supply/Repair and Servicing of computers, printers, & general ICT

   4. Supply of Fuel & lubricants

   5. Supply of general office, printed and accountable stationery & Small office equipment

   6. Supply/Hire of grader, Parts, & cutting edges.

   7. Provision of security services

   8. Supply of general Buildings & Road Construction materials

   9. Supply, Repair and Installation of electrical & Solar works

   10. Supply of General Agriculture inputs, & Seedlings

   11. Supply of Furniture & school twin Desks

   12. Management of toilet, office & Compound Cleaning. (Reserved for SIGs)

   13. Provision of Casual labours.

4. MARKETS/REVENUE SOURCES- FY 2026/2027

   TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

   1. Applicants/bidders are required to obtain a PRN from Finance Department of Ibanda Municipal Council and pay non-refundable fees of Uqx 50,000= for the above items apart from class B of markets where they pay Uqx 20,000= To obtain a bidding document from PDU.

   2. Submission is on 26th June 2026 at 11:00Am in PDU office. Thereafter, bids will be opened in the Council Hall in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

   3. The entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
