1. Conditions for this invitation to Tender

1. Each item to be billed for separately.

2. Complete sets of bidding documents in English can be inspected and obtained at Kiruhura District Local Government Procurement and Disposal Unit, P.O. Box 5, RUSHERE, during normal working days between 9:00am-6:00pm upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ugx 30000 (Thirty thousand shillings only) through IRAS (Integrated Revenue Administration System). 3. Closing date for submission of bids is Thursday 11th June 2026 at 2:00pm. Public bid opening may be held on the same date 2:30pm at the District Board Room in presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

4. Bidders shall be required to submit 2 copies in addition to the original documents. Applications must be submitted in duly sealed envelopes clearly marked prequalification for… and addressed to the Undersigned.
