Description

1. Annual/Biannual Contracts:

A. Contracts for services:

(i) Offering of cleaning services (Internal/Office and External Cleaning).
(ii) Note: Reservation Schemes shall apply for Special Interest Groups. Registered Associations for Women, the People with Disabilities (PWD) and the Youth are encouraged to apply. (No Non-refundable fee payment)

B. Frame work Contracts:

(i) Supply of Fuel, oils & Lubricants, and servicing of Motor vehicles and cycles.
(ii) Repair of Motor vehicles & Motor cycles.
(iii) Supply of Automobile spare parts including tyres and tubes for Motor vehicles and motor cycles.
(iv) Provision of Furniture and Services.
(v) Provision of security guard services.
(vi) Provision of Fire protection services.
(vii) Repairing of office equipment like Photocopiers, Computers, Printers, etc.
(viii) Supply of toner cartridges, flash disks and related materials.
(ix) Supply of office stationery, IEC materials & General Photocopying.
(x) Supply of Newspapers and periodicals.
(xi) General printing services, including identity cards etc.
(xii) Supply of foodstuff, firewood and related supplies to Masindi Hospital, Thungu remand home and any other MDLG departments.
(xiii) Supply of meals & conference facilities.
(xiv) Provision of sugar cane maintenance services.
(xv) Supply of delivery of cutlers, building, plumbing, electrical and road construction materials.
(xvi) Supply of drugs, laboratory equipment hospital equipment, reagents chemicals and medical sundries for private wing.
(xvii) Generator repairs & maintenance.
(xviii) Maintenance of office equipment (Computers, Printers Photocopiers).

2. PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING:

A. WORK:

(i) Construction and renovation/ Rehabilitation of Permanent buildings like classroom blocks, staff houses, health centres and general constructions like fencings, market stalls/sheds etc.
(ii) Construction of VIP Latrines and Placenta pits.
(iii) Spring Protection.
(iv) Rehabilitation of boreholes.
(v) Construction of Solar piped water system.
(vi) Deep borehole and production well drilling and installation.

B. SUPPLIES:

(i) Supply of Motor vehicles, Motor Cycles, tri cycles and accessories.
(ii) Supply of Furniture and fittings.

C. SERVICES:

(i) Provision of urban greening/beautification.
(ii) Provision of insurance coverage.
(iii) Feasibility study and detailed design of piped water supply system.
(iv) Deep borehole and drilling services.
(v) Design and development, domain registration and hosting and initial content upload of a website.

Bidding documents shall be viewed and issued from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Upper block room 25 upon remittance of nonrefundable fees worth Ugx 100,000 strictly through Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS). Contact the Senior Revenue Officer on 0772863674 for generation of Payment registration number (PRN) code receipt.

Note: Each item should be applied for separately. Applications in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Bidding/Requisition” should be submitted to the Procurement and Disposal Unit Upper block room 25. (Indicating the item/subscription of works, supplies or services) should be clearly addressed to: The Secretary Contracts Committee, P.O. Box 67, Masindi and must reach not later than Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 10.30 am sharp (Local time). Applicants / Bidders are advised to come and witness opening of the bids on Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 11.00 am in the District Council Chambers.
