STANDARD INVITATION TO BIDDERS
BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

PROCUREMENT OF STATIONERY UNDER FRAME WORK CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS: MOH/SUPLS/2025-2026/00104

1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Health (MOH) has allocated funds to be used for procurement of Stationery under a framework contract for a period of 18 Months.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and or as amended, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) during working days with effect from 28th May, 2026 between 09:00-15:00 hours.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/=. The method of payment shall be through banks authorised to receive non tax revenue.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at 11:00 a.m. on 22nd June 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX10,000,000 (Ten Million Shillings). The bid security shall be valid until 9th December, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30 a.m. on 22nd June 2026. There shall NOT be a pre – bid meeting.

7. (a) Documents may be inspected at: The Ministry’s Procurement and Disposal Unit, Main Office Building, Plot 6/7 Lourdel Road, Wandegeya Kampala.
   (b) Documents will be issued from: Same as in 8(a) above.
   (c) Bids must be delivered to: Same as in 8(a) above.
   (d) Address of bid opening: The Ministry’s Board Room, Main Office Building, Plot 6/7 Lourdel Road, Wandegeya.
