JOB DETAILS:

About the Role

Lead and coordinate RHU's Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) clinical programme by providing technical oversight, ensuring high-quality healthcare services, strengthening clinical standards, supporting quality improvement, and enhancing patient care across RHU clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SRH clinical services
• Ensure compliance with MoH and RHU clinical standards
• Coordinate quality improvement and staff training
• Oversee clinic performance, data analysis, and reporting
• Support pharmacy, laboratory, and insurance service operations
• Build stakeholder partnerships and promote evidence-based clinical practice

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Health
• Valid practicing license and professional registration
• Minimum 5 years' experience in reproductive health service delivery
• Experience in project planning and management NGO/SRHR experience is an added advantage.
