Location: Mukono District, Uganda

Nama Health Impact is seeking a strategic and passionate Advocacy and Communications Manager to lead our advocacy, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts. This senior leadership role will drive the organization’s visibility, strengthen relationships with government, donors, partners, and communities, and position Nama Health Impact as a leading voice in advancing Community Health Worker (CHW) professionalization and community health systems strengthening in Uganda.
The successful candidate will lead advocacy campaigns, develop compelling communications and policy products, manage the organization’s brand and digital platforms, coordinate media engagement, and translate research into actionable policy and public messaging.
