Nama Health Impact is looking for an experienced and mission-driven Programs Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our community health programs. The successful candidate will lead program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation while ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong partnerships, and measurable impact across our operations.

Working closely with the Executive Director, the Programs Manager will supervise program teams, strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems, support resource mobilization, and ensure programs are delivered efficiently and in line with organizational goals and donor requirements.
