Topowa Youth Mentoring Uganda is a community-based youth empowerment organization that equips young people in Uganda with life skills, mental health awareness, and leadership tools to transition successfully into adulthood. Located in Kampala, the organization works across the country to steer youth away from drug abuse and underage drinking through relatable, non-patronizing peer education and school tours.

Job Summary: Topowa Youth Mentoring Uganda is seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Planning & Programs Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about youth empowerment, mentorship, program growth, and organizational development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

• Lead organizational strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with schools, organizations, and stakeholders
• Develop systems and strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and sustainability

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in: Project Planning & Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Work & Social Administration, Community Psychology, Public Administration Or a related field
• A Master’s Degree or professional training in strategic management or project management is an added advantage.
