QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or BSc in Agriculture or related field

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of agronomy and crop management
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in the field and with farming communities
• Passion for improving agricultural productivity
• Computer literacy is an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide agronomic support and extension services to farmers
• Monitor crop performance and recommend best practices
• Promote sustainable farming and soil management
  Collect field data and prepare reports
• Work closely with farmers to improve productivity and profitability
