Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking enthusiastic KYC Administrators – Kampala to join our client in the telecom sector. In this role, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end verification of subscriber registration documents received both digitally and physically at the data center.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end verification of subscriber registration documents received in both digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents in line with established processes and quality standards.
  • Verify subscriber documentation in compliance with KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review and validate information to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and categorize documents according to defined process procedures.
  • Scan and index documents accurately within the system for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain proper documentation records while adhering to data handling and security standards.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 

  • Candidates with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • One year’s experience in a customer service and records management role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
