JUNIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning, coordination and implementation of technical projects and activities.
• Liaise with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and presentations as required
• Monitor project progress, compile data and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in procurement, logistics and contract management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Technical Lead or Project Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
• Based in Uganda.
