Description

JOB DETAILS:
Support quality assurance and human resources administration activities, including benefits and entitlements management, payroll-related processes, onboarding, separations, compliance reviews, and HR systems administration within RSCE.
Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance reviews and track corrective actions.
- Manage HR processes related to payroll, leave, entitlements, contract extensions, and separations.
- Review onboarding, travel, settling-in grants, check-in, check-out, and repatriation processes.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies, staff rules, and regulations.
- Administer benefits and entitlements for international staff.
- Provide HR guidance to internal and external clients.
- Review entitlement requests and handle complex HR cases.
- Support certification and administration of benefits and entitlements.
- Contribute to HR strategy and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HR administration and entitlement records in Umoja.
- Review and process conditions-of-service data.
- Resolve escalated HR queries in iNeed Umoja.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Additional qualification or certification in Human Resources (desirable).
Experience
- Administration of a broad range of entitlements and benefits using SAP, Umoja, or similar ERP systems.
- Application of United Nations or similar international organization's Staff Rules and Regulations.
- Human resources management or administrative services.
- Experience in a shared service center environment.
Special Requirements
- Completion of specialized Umoja HR Partner training and certification.
- Local recruitment position.
