About Organisation:
Simbaland Industries (U) Limited is a Ugandan based manufacturing company registered and incorporated in 2016. Its manufacturing plant is in Mukono Seeta and main offices at Ham Shopping Grounds, Nakivubo road, block D, room D157.
Job Summary: The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the organization’s revenue generation, brand positioning, and customer management strategies. This role oversees sales growth, marketing execution, and effective receivables management, ensuring not only revenue generation but also timely collection of outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow.

- Market Research and Analysis
- Budget Management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s is an added advantage)
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with leadership experience
- Proven track record in revenue growth and credit/receivables management
- Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and credit control
- Experience managing teams, targets, and budgets
