About Organisation:

The Youth Initiative for Development in Africa (YIDA) is a prominent, refugee-led NGO operating in the Kyaka II Refugee Settlement in the Kyegegwa District of Uganda, focused on empowering displaced populations through education, livelihood opportunities, and financial inclusion. Founded in 2013 and expanded significantly with backing from the Mastercard Foundation, YIDA impacts over 800 learners daily through its pre-primary and primary schools while also providing advanced digital skills and business startup capital to young entrepreneurs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Business
• Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 1 year experience working in Finance, Mobile Money or Agency Banking and cash distribution
• Proficiency in using Excel, Finance, Accounting related software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
