BID NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES UNDER FRAME WORK CONTRACT
Uganda Wildlife Research and Training College (UWRTC) has allocated funds for the Supply of various supplies under frame work contract for one calendar year (12) months renewable.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the under listed items:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Uganda Wildlife Research and Training College and inspect the bidding documents online by sending a request to the email addresses given below at 7(a) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday).
The Bidding documents will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 through the URA generated PRN. The bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders via email upon submission of a written application and proof of payment for the document to the email addresses below at 7(a). No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered at the address 7(a) at or before 12:00 pm (East African local time) on 23rd July 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Bid securing declarations must be valid until 26th November 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address 7(a) at 12:15pm on 23rd July 2026.
