1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding procedures contained in the Local Governments Act and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Omoro District Local Government and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of: For services Ugx.30, 000 and supply of survey equipment Ugx. 100,000. The method of payment will be to Uganda Revenue Authority, through Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS). The document will be sent by hand delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 24th July, 2026 at 11.00 am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 11.00 am on 24th July, 2026.
