Responsibilities or duties
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for delivering assigned business-to-business (B2B) sales targets, growing customer relationships, and acquiring new customers to achieve profitable business growth. The role manages existing customer accounts, develops new business opportunities, drives sales performance, and ensures effective execution of commercial strategies in line with company objectives.
Qualifications or requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience managing customer accounts and delivering sales targets.
- Experience in contract negotiation, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
- Experience within the energy, LPG, FMCG, industrial, or related sectors is an added advantage.
The B2B Sales Executive operates in a dynamic commercial environment requiring regular engagement with customers, business partners, internal teams, and operational stakeholders. The role involves frequent travel to customer locations, market visits, and business development activities. The incumbent may work across multiple customer sites and must ensure adherence to HSSEQ requirements, company policies, and operational standards. The position requires flexibility, commercial agility, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering agreed business objectives.
