Role Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables.
• Oversee complex, domain-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in Electrical/Electronics workflows.
• Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in reviewing work related to PCB design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
• Act as a trusted technical and strategic partner by communicating directly with top AI Labs on high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across expert-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.

Requirements:

• Have a strong hands-on background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with experience in PCB design, schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, component selection, and board validation/testing.
• Have experience with tools such as KiCad, SpiceBridge, PCBParts, or similar PCB design and simulation tools.
• Have at least in a leadership or project ownership role, managing technical teams and optimizing complex workflows.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
• Be willing to work long hours, including weekends if required, in a fast-paced startup environment.
