Brief description:
Overall purpose of the job
To Monitor mill operation through DCS and maintain mill efficiency parameters by taking appropriate steps to get good quality bagasse.
Roles And Duties
Responsible for starting and stopping of mills in quick time by following safe procedures.
Make sure right amount of imbibition water is applied with right temperature.
Report to the shift engineer in case of abnormalities found in any of running equipment.
Scrutinise the predecessor’s handover report to obtain information on the condition of the plant and make a quick physical inspection of the equipment with help of mill supervisor.
