Job Summary: The Hotel is seeking to recruit dynamic, pro-active and highly qualified personnel for multiple key positions in its establishment. Are you passionate about hospitality and are looking to enhance your career?
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel security operations
- Implement safety protocols and risk assessments
- Proactively addresses security, emergency and safety matters
- Support in coordinating and organizing of security staff schedules
- Any other duty assigned by management in line with the job role
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major. Proficiency in Computers, CCTV, Fire and Safety systems.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar field
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Computer competency must be excellent with knowledge of MS Office and Hotel management software is advantage
- Excellent customer service skill, aptitude decision making and problem solving skills, Proactive team leader
