Thomson Media gGmbH is recruiting Project Coordinators to support the delivery of media development and grants activities in East Africa as part of the EU-funded AGILE project – Advancing Global Innovation and Learning Effectively.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in project coordination, grant administration and donor compliance, alongside a deep understanding of the media landscape in Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania. The role involves supporting project delivery, coordinating mentoring and grants activities, maintaining operational and financial records, and ensuring compliance with Thomson Media and EU requirements. Successful candidates will work closely with participants, expert mentors and project teams to support independent media and strengthen sustainability across the region.

This is a consultancy role running from June 2026 to June 2027, with remote working and occasional in-country travel.
