Role Overview

We are seeking four (4) males highly organized and proactive Regional Administrators aged (27-45) to support our operations within the 4 regions (North, East, West and Mid western). This role is to ensure smooth administrative coordination, compliance and communication between regional offices and head-office.

Workstation Requirement

The successful candidate will be stationed within the assigned region of operation. Flexibility to relocate and work in remote or site-based environments depending on project needs is required.

East Region – Regional Administrator

Location: Eastern Region (Manafwa)

Language Focus: Strong proficiency in English and Lugisu

North Region – Regional Administrator

Location: Northern Region(Kaabong,Moroto,Kitgum)

Language Focus: Fluency in Karamojong and English

West Region – Regional Administrator

Location: Western Region(Kabale, Ntungamo, Kisoro,Bushenyi) Language Focus: Proficiency in English, Runyankole-Rukiga and Lufumbira

Midwest Region – Regional Administrator

Location: Midwest Region(Masindi, Mubende, Kakumiro, Hoima and Ntoroko)

Language Focus: Proficiency in English and Runyoro/Rutooro

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within the regional offices.
  • Support and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility
    (CSR) initiatives, including community engagement programs, sustainability reporting and local stakeholder relations
  • Coordinate communication between field regional teams and head office
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for regional activities.
  • Compile and submit regular performance and operational reports to Head Office.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies and reporting standards
  • Liaise with the community,stakeholders, including government agencies.
  • Provide general administrative support to regional management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Prior experience in Regional or field operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Familiarity with regional regulatory environments is an advantage
