JOB DETAILS:

Pure Breed Poultry Farm Limited is a fast-growing poultry enterprise committed to excellence in commercial egg production. We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Poultry Manager with strong expertise in layer bird management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of layer poultry production
• Ensure optimal egg production, bird health, and welfare
• Manage feeding programs, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity measures
• Supervise farm staff and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Maintain accurate production and financial records
• Prepare detailed operational and performance reports
• Develop and present clear performance metrics and analytics to management
• Implement cost-control strategies and improve farm efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Poultry Manager (layers)
• Proven track record in managing large-scale layer operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong ability to prepare detailed reports and present performance metrics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of modern poultry farming practices and biosecurity protocols
• Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field
