Job Summary: Our client is looking for an Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) Account Developer to drive LPG sales growth by developing reseller accounts, recruiting new customers, increasing product visibility, conducting market activations, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail outlets. The role focuses on doubling LPG business performance through aggressive market expansion and customer engagement.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow LPG sales within assigned territories. b) Recruit and activate new LPG retailers and HORECA outlets. c) Maintain strong relationships with distributors and end customers. d) Conduct market activations, promotions, and branding activities. e) Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. f) Ensure availability and visibility of LPG products at all sales points. g) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. h) Train resellers and customers in safe LPG handling and product benefits. i) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. j) Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections. k) Identify new business opportunities for LPG growth in institutions, independent stations HORECAs, and SME sectors.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in FMCG, LPG, fuel, or lubricant sales is an added advantage.
  • 3 Years
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of Kampala and upcountry markets.
  • Valid riding permit or driving licenses are an added advantage.
