Lotus Brand Limited is hiring an IT Agent (50) with the following duties and responsibilities;
Location: Gabba, Kampala
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: UGX 450,000
- Free accommodation provided
- Meals included (Lunch and Dinner)
- Performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and technical assistance
- Handle online tasks and system operations
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network issues
- Assist clients with IT-related inquiries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
- Report daily work progress to supervisors
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet use
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure; disciplined and hardworking
- Ability to work long hours and in a team environment
- Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage
- Fast learner and able to follow instructions
- Must be able to read and understand English
