JOB DETAILS:

About the Role

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and trustworthy Female Maid / Childcare Assistant to provide household support and assist in caring for three young babies aged 3 months. The successful candidate should be patient, hardworking, and committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare Support

• Provide attentive care and supervision for three infants.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, changing, and maintaining babies' daily routines.
• Ensure the children are kept safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
• Engage with children in a gentle, caring, and supportive manner.
• Observe and report any concerns regarding the children's wellbeing.

Household Support

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the home.
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and organizing household areas.
• Support preparation and arrangement of children's items and supplies.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the children.

Professional Conduct

• Follow household instructions and childcare routines.
• Maintain honesty, confidentiality, and respect within the home.
• Handle household items and belongings responsibly.
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment to assigned duties.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Age range: 20–25 years.
• Must genuinely enjoy caring for children.
• Previous experience caring for infants or working as a nanny/maid is an added advantage.
• Hardworking, honest, clean, and responsible.
• Willingness to undergo a medical examination, including an HIV test, as requested by the employer.
• Ready and committed to working in Mengo.
