Job Summary: This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to build a career in finance within the insurance industry, through hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, data management, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Accounting option)
- Strong interest in building a career in Finance/Accounting within the Insurance industry
- Good numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
