Job Summary: Preier Distilleries Ltd is seeking a qualified and competent Legal Officer to join our team based in *Hoima, Kyankwanzi District, Uganda.*

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage legal land transactions on behalf of the company
• Provide legal support and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Work closely with the Company Legal Advisor on various legal matters
• Draft, review, and advise on contracts and legal documents
• Represent the company in legal processes where necessary

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Must possess a Law Degree (LLB)
• Practicing Certificate is a MUST
• Strong understanding of land laws and legal procedures in Uganda
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
