Job Summary: Preier Distilleries Ltd is seeking a qualified and competent Legal Officer to join our team based in *Hoima, Kyankwanzi District, Uganda.*
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage legal land transactions on behalf of the company
- Provide legal support and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Work closely with the Company Legal Advisor on various legal matters
- Draft, review, and advise on contracts and legal documents
- Represent the company in legal processes where necessary
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must possess a Law Degree (LLB)
- Practicing Certificate is a MUST
- Strong understanding of land laws and legal procedures in Uganda
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
