JOB DETAILS:
Background
The Data Protection Specialist – Investigations will be responsible for managing the investigation caseload of the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO), including conducting investigations into alleged violations of the Data Protection and Privacy Act, Cap. 97, gathering and preserving evidence, preparing investigation reports, and representing the Office in court proceedings and other legal fora.
